violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances, bonuses, or winnings will be forfeited. zh889 reserves the right to permanently ban players found creating multiple accounts.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh889 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account access with any other person.
- You must notify zh889 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- zh889 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from zh889 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
- All activity that takes place under your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your responsibility unless zh889 is notified of a breach in a timely manner.
- Use a strong, unique password for your zh889 account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
zh889 implements standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), session timeouts, and login monitoring. However, no platform can guarantee absolute security, and players are encouraged to take their own precautions.
4. Deposits
All deposits on zh889 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
- JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit, typically instant
- Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit, typically instant
- Raast — direct bank-to-bank transfer via State Bank of Pakistan infrastructure
- Bank Transfer (IBFT) — interbank fund transfer, processed same business day
- Debit and credit cards — subject to card issuer approval
- Mobile wallets — additional supported wallets as displayed in the deposit section
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
No Currency Conversion: zh889 does not charge currency conversion fees. Your deposit is received and credited in PKR at the exact amount transferred, with no exchange rate adjustment. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside zh889's control.
zh889 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits from third parties — meaning from a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder — are not permitted and will be reversed.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are denominated and paid in PKR.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and vary by payment method.
- Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days. VIP Gold tier and above receive priority processing.
- You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending review if zh889's fraud or compliance team identifies unusual account activity.
- Funds derived from active bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are completed.
Withdrawal to Third Parties Not Permitted: zh889 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Any attempt to redirect funds to a third-party account will result in the withdrawal being rejected and may trigger an account review.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
zh889 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit to qualify, and expiry periods — which are clearly stated at the point of the offer.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) will be stated in each offer's terms.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate than Slots. This will be specified in the offer terms.
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
- zh889 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus that has been credited in error or claimed in violation of the offer's terms.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be used as part of progressive jackpot wagers unless stated in the offer terms.
Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, creating accounts with false details to access welcome bonuses, or any coordinated strategy to extract value from promotions without genuine play constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
7. Games & Fairness
zh889 offers Slots, Live Casino, and Bingo as its three primary game categories. All games on the platform — including cricket-themed Slots and PSL-themed titles — are provided by third-party game studios operating under their own certifications. zh889 does not modify game outcomes.
- Slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the game provider. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and may vary by title.
- Live Casino games use real dealers and physical equipment. Game results are determined in real time and are final once announced by the dealer.
- Bingo results are generated randomly and are final once declared in the game interface.
- Technical malfunctions during a game session — such as connection drops or server errors — may result in game round cancellation. Wagers for cancelled rounds are returned to the player's account balance.
- zh889 does not accept liability for losses resulting from player decisions made during a game, including decisions to wager a certain amount or use a particular strategy.

8. VIP Programme
The zh889 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite. VIP points are automatically credited for every PKR wagered on eligible games. The exact points-per-PKR ratio may differ by game category and is displayed in the VIP section of the platform.
- Tier upgrades occur automatically when the required cumulative wager volume for the next tier is reached within the applicable assessment period.
- Tier-specific benefits — including faster withdrawal processing, higher transaction limits, access to VIP tables in Live Casino, and dedicated account management — apply from the date the tier is reached.
- Tier status is reviewed periodically. If a player's activity falls below the minimum threshold required to maintain a tier, their status may be adjusted downward at the next review.

- Payment data — including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank account details — is processed through secure, encrypted channels. zh889 does not store complete card or account numbers on its servers.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account subject to legal retention requirements.
11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting zh889 support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and remaining real-money balance returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
- zh889 may close or suspend an account at its discretion if these Terms are violated, if fraud or prohibited conduct is detected, or if a regulatory obligation requires it.
- If zh889 closes your account for a Terms violation, any balance derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Deposits of real funds may be returned at zh889's discretion after investigation.
- If you request closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion), re-opening the account before the exclusion period ends is not permitted.
13. Limitation of Liability
